Service Delivery Policy

Ethical Founder sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped to you physically, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses for goods. This page explains how a service is delivered after you pay. It works together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Service Purchase Terms.

What delivery means for our services

Each service on the Our Services page is delivered as work done on your behalf, such as setting up and managing campaigns, and as reports or updates sent to you by email or by the contact details you give at checkout. The description on each service card tells you what the service covers.

How it works after payment

You add the service to your cart and complete checkout with your name, address, town, state, PIN code, phone number and email address. All of these are required so that we can reach you.
You receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered.
We contact you using your email or phone number to collect the business details and access we need to begin.
Work starts once payment is confirmed and we have the information we need from you. Some work depends on third party platforms and their review and approval times, which we do not control.
We keep you updated by email as the work progresses.

Your part

Please give accurate details and reply to our messages promptly. Delays in sending information, approvals or access can delay the start or the results. If we cannot reach you using the details given at checkout, delivery can be paused until we hear from you.

Results and timelines

The timelines mentioned on a service card describe what that service is designed to do. They are not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, sales or any business result, which depend on your market, your budget and third party platforms. Please read our Disclaimer for more on this.
