Service Purchase Terms

These Service Purchase Terms apply when you buy a service from Ethical Founder through the cart and checkout on ethicalfounder.in. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Our general Terms and Conditions mention subscriptions and renewals. Services bought through our checkout are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically. If these Service Purchase Terms differ from the general Terms for your purchase, these Service Purchase Terms apply.

What you are buying

You are buying the service described on its service card on the Our Services page, for the price shown on that card. Each service is sold once per order, and only one unit of a service can be added to the cart.

Information we need from you

At checkout you must give your name, address, town, state, PIN code, phone number and email address. You confirm that this information is correct and that you are allowed to buy the service for the business or website concerned. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Payment is made at checkout through a secure third party payment provider. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Prices are in Indian rupees. No GST is added to our prices, as explained on the Pricing and GST Details page.

Refunds and cancellation

All payments are final. The only exceptions are duplicate payments and payments taken without an order being created. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for how to ask.

Delivery

Our services are digital. How and when work begins is explained in the Service Delivery Policy.

No guarantee of results

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee particular rankings, traffic, leads, sales or other results, because they depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your budget and the rules of third party platforms. Please read our Disclaimer.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and respond to our messages.
Make sure that anything you ask us to publish or promote is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
Follow the rules of any third party platform used for your service.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Ethical Founder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited by agreement.
