Pricing and GST Details

Our prices are final. Ethical Founder is a small “Registered MSME“, independent business run by a real person, not a big company with a billing department. Right now we are not registered under GST, because our yearly turnover is below the government limit that makes GST registration compulsory for services (₹20 lakh). That means we do not add GST to any price, and we do not issue GST invoices or input tax credit. What you see before you pay is exactly what you pay.

Here is how that looks in real life. If you buy lifetime database access that shows ₹99, you pay ₹99. If we build you a custom website and we agree on ₹10,000, you pay ₹10,000. If we design a custom automation workflow for your business and we agree on ₹20,000, you pay ₹20,000. No surprise tax line appears at checkout, and no hidden charge is added later. These numbers are only examples to make it clear. The real price of each product or service is always shown on its own page, and for custom work like websites, development and automation we confirm the price with you in writing before you pay.

We know how it feels to see one price on a page and a bigger number at the payment screen. We never want you to feel that with us. Whether you are a student trying out our database for ₹99 or a business owner investing in a custom project, you deserve the same honesty: one clear price, agreed before you pay, and nothing more.

As we grow, this may change. If our turnover crosses the GST limit, we will register under GST as the law requires. When that happens we will update this page first, and every product or service will clearly show whether GST applies and how much it is, before you pay. Anything you have already bought at the old price stays at the old price.

If you ever want to cross-check our status, just write to us. On request, we will share our MSME (Udyam) registration number so you can verify who we are, and we will tell you plainly whether we are registered under GST at that time.
